Will this invent experience to match a job?

What does the alignment percentage mean?
It describes the evidence your CV shows for the assessed requirements in a job ad. It is not an employer’s ATS score, a job recommendation or your chance of getting an interview.
What if I use all my allowance?
Your saved results stay available until their expiry date. Allowances refresh monthly; unused usage does not roll over. No additional charge is made automatically.
